I've been around the game for along time, music has always been a big part of my life.  My story is no different from any other DJ, I started out listening to music back in the day, James Brown was a big influence.  When I was 14 I saved up enough money to get my first set of turntables and mixer  Two Panasonic belt drive turntables and a black Radio Shack mixer you know the black one, the cross fader clicked in the center.  I think this was everyone's first mixer. It was all over when I got my first set of 1200's, I would practice everyday for at least 5 hours improving my skills. Call me crazy but performing the perfect mix to me was even better than sex (lol) During high school and through out my 20's and 30's here in Alaska,  I was a DJing, mixing fool, and loved every minute of it.  People told me I was the man and I appreciated the love and always remained humble.
